CODE OF CONDUCT

Culture is LIFE ACADEMY's most valuable asset.

It is this that guides the profile of the people who make up our teams and the way the company's routine is conducted. Our culture is so decisive in all our decisions, that it represents a decisive step in our promotion, dismissal processes and, of course, in the selection processes, so that everyone who joins the team walks in the same moral direction as the company and its people that are part of it. So, assuming that the company is made up of people with very similar values, what is the need to have a code of conduct?

The answer is simple. Although the company's culture very assertively directs the profile of the people who make up the team, it is natural and extremely possible that situations arise in which making decisions may seem difficult and challenging. When in doubt, it is always better to have something to consult and base your attitudes on the conduct established by the company, after all, we prioritize autonomy and our desire is for everyone to be able to act, in the most diverse situations, without having to consult their leaders. We also hope that this document will guide the conduct, not only of our employees, but also of our partners, customers, suppliers and all those who, in any way, relate to the company and its services.

CONDUCT WE EXPECT FROM OUR EMPLOYEES

Perform its activities in accordance with this Code and follow the internal policies and rules of LIFE ACADEMY, encouraging and guiding their colleagues in this regard; Maintain a positive, dignified, loyal, honest professional attitude, one of mutual respect, trust and collaboration with other Employees; Act with impartiality, objectivity, honesty, respect, transparency, loyalty and courtesy in the relationship with administrators, employees, suppliers, customers, shareholders and investors; Comply with all applicable local, national and international laws, including anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws, which apply to LIFE ACADEMY's operations in the countries in which it operates; Preserve LIFE ACADEMY's heritage, including its image and reputation, facilities, equipment and materials; Respect the rules and regulations of the places where the Collaborators are performing activities related to LIFE ACADEMY; Be diligent and responsible in the relationship with the Authorities, customers, competitors, suppliers, community members and all other individuals, companies and organizations with which LIFE ACADEMY relates in the exercise of its regular activities, always seeking to preserve a good reputation, image and company relations
